Private Couples Holiday in Bali are probably the best to enjoy this magical island, possible only coming second to travelling on a family tour.
First of all, it is good to know that Bali is part of Indonesia. Indonesia is a massive country with over 250 million people in the population, living on around 6000 islands. Another 11,500 are not inhibited. Bali is on the Southern Part of the country and is relatively close to Australia. This proximity to one of the richest continents means that many people who live in the North of Australian are likely to visit Bali – rendering Bali a touristic place.
Having said that, the place isn’t spoilt with concrete. Bali is a lush forest with a million species. It’s long and windy roads are flanked by beautiful green scenery. Ubud is the ‘capital’ of Bali and will generally be the start of your holiday in Bali.
Neighbouring Islands
On our trips that leave from Malta, as a travel agency we like to explore some of the neighbouring islands.
Lombok – tends to be our first stop. We go there to trek Mount Rinjani and explore this pristine island. It is very interesting to observe that Lombok and Bali have different religion and you can actually feel the difference in culture, and mentality of the people between the two islands.
The Gilis – Gili Air, Gili Trawangan, and Gili Meno are three tiny islands North West to Lombok, and each has their worn speciality. Trawangan is known for partying, Gili Meno is your romantic escape, and Gili Air is the perfect blend between the two others. Alas, all 3 islands are surrounded by pristine waters, ready to be explored. You are bound to spot turtles and plenty of clownfish.
