Do I need a visa to visit Costa Rica?

No. Maltese and most EU passport holders don’t need a visa for stays of up to 90 days. Just make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

What is the group size for this trip?

We keep it small and friendly: usually 14–19 travellers, with a Maltese Trip Manager and a local English-speaking guide.

What’s the activity level like?

Costa Rica is the land of “pura vida” — so expect a mix of easy adventure and downtime. There will be light treks, jungle walks, optional ziplining, rafting and hot springs, but also time for beaches and hammocks.

What’s included in the package?

The package is expected to cover international flights, airport transfers, hotels with breakfast, ground transport, main entrance fees, a Maltese Trip Manager and English-speaking guide, plus the Insolvency Fund. Final inclusions will be confirmed when bookings open.

Are vaccinations or insurance required?

Travel insurance is mandatory. Vaccinations aren’t required for travellers from Malta/EU, but we recommend checking with your doctor about optional ones like Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and keeping routine vaccines up to date.
